I was lucky enough to meet Jack Foley because he was in the process of selling a neighboring condo unit. Being an experienced marketing professional, at the time I was sure I could sell my condo on my own. Nonetheless, Jack would stop by on occasion to see how my sale was progressing, never pushy, and even offered me helpful sales advice.
After three months of not even a "nibble," I decided to give Jack a call. That was end of December. By January he was actively marketing my property, by the end of the month we had a solid offer, and we closed end of February. He handled all the details like the pro that he is and I was able to stop worrying about whether or not it would sell, and instead could look forward to getting the deal done neatly and without a hitch.

When we first met you, we had been through the gamut. We had listed our home at what we thought was a fair price and got few responses. On the advice of a realtor friend we lowered the price by $30,000, without any better results. When the initial MLS listing with the first broker lapsed with no success, we were approached by hordes of agents asking for our listing. One aggressive broker wanted us to lower our price another $20,000.
At this point we had been trying to sell our home for months. Because we were confused and disheartened by what had happened, we considered this agent’s suggestion. However, before we could act on it, we met you and, as they say, the rest is history.

You brought your good wife and workmen who helped us do what was needed to be done. You scheduled an open house a week after we had made the cosmetic improvements. You canvassed the neighborhood, called potential buyers and other brokers and sold our house for exactly what we were asking and did so within two days of the open house.
You followed through with each and every aspect of the process, down to the smallest detail, and as a result the closing went through in rapid and efficient order. Had we not obtained your services, we potentially would have lost $70 thousand dollars. We now realize that any agent can push you to lower your asking price so that they can sell your property without a lot of effort. With agents like that, it is all a numbers game. The difference is that you had our best interests at heart, protected us, and as a result we received a tremendous benefit. We have and continue to tell others of the great job you did for us.
